Character Analysis Laurie has a very different mind about school. He is a troublemaker, a liar, and a very careless boy. He kicks, screams, and punches when he doesn’t get what he wants. Laurie is only in kindergarten and he’s already becoming a difficult kid. Laurie also has bad language for example the way he greets his dad is, “Hi pops, you old dust mop." Through all this, Laurie made up a boy named Charles so that Laurie can blame it on Charles and not get in trouble at home. Now our crew wonders what else would Charles do in the next years of school?
